Eligibility: Spouses/Partners
Education assistance for post-secondary education is available to dependent spouses/partners of persons killed or disabled on September 11, 2001.

Spouses/Partners may apply for scholarships now or through 2012. Applicants will have four years or the equivalent to receive scholarships.

Scholarships may be used to attend a vocational-technical school, trade school, two-year college, four-year college, or university. Spouses/partners may choose to enroll on a part-time or full-time basis or for a single course.

Funds are available for undergraduate study, and limited funds are available for graduate study.
