Challenge
Escape Away Spa was in the process of opening up their remarkably breathtaking storefront, unlike any spa consumers had ever seen. With a very limited budget, they asked SBM to increase exposure for the spa, enabling them to share their international décor with spa goers from all over the region.
Solutions
With tremendous competition in the spa arena, it was important that SBM create an image that immediately separated Escape Away from its regional competitors. Escape Away made it easy with the development of an incredible spa storefront, taking consumers on a virtual world tour of relaxation with rooms designed to represent the country’s of each specialized treatment. SBM designed a regional campaign through print, direct mail, and the web offering consumers a passport to relaxation paradise, complete with a boarding pass for a free trip to “virtual” Sweden for a massage.
Results
The Spa has been open for several month with initial success received as well as brand awareness from this first campaign.
