Update the Image of an Old Brand
Challenge
Faxon Lanes has been a landmark in Williamsport, Pennsylvania since its inception in 1958. With a new generation of bowlers to attract, Faxon Lanes needed to upgrade its image and drive new customers to bowl and utilize the facility’s other entertainment features.
Solutions
SBM immediately launched a campaign focused on families and seniors. The campaign was tied around entertainment, league play, family fun and camaraderie.
Results
During this campaign period, Faxon Lanes increased sales by $10,000 from the previous year. A younger generation of bowlers who did not frequent the facility prior to the campaign has now begun to sign up for league play.
