Develop a New Industry In Healthcare

Challenge
Total Access Medical entered the healthcare industry as a concierge medical management company in 2002. At the time concierge medicine was a fledgling business within healthcare with little to no brand identity with its professional or patient targets. Total Access Medical hired SBM to develop their brand while educating the market place on the advantages of concierge medicine.  Prior to our initial consultation, Total Access Medical had not even settled on a name for their business. 

Solutions
SBM conducted several rounds of competitor and internal research to develop a brand identity. After the identity was developed, we were asked to ignite a web presence and then eventually to develop a turnkey marketing program including patient and physician advertising, collateral development, trade show marketing, and ongoing retention materials.

Results
Today, Total Access Medical is the third largest concierge medical management company in the North East.
